This project is for the 207th Street Maintenance and Overhaul Shop Roof Repair and replacement in the Borough of Manhattan. This facility has multiple roof levels and roof types. A total of 21 tracks are located inside the facility; The facility provides maintenance, overhaul, and repair services to both IND and IRT Division trains. MCSS is part of the T. Y. Lin CCM team to provide estimating support services for this Contract.
