On-Site Scheduling Consultant, MNR, New York, New York

MCSS is augmenting MNR’s Capital Engineering’s Project Control and Technical Services (PC&TS) staff with Schedulers that work out of MNR offices in Mid-town Manhattan.  The Schedulers are under the supervision of and report directly to the Director of PC&TS and support the MNR capital engineering program with schedule management on design and construction projects.

MCSS Schedulers have prepared forensic schedule delay analyses for time extension requests claims on multiple projects and have prepared Time Impact Analysis for Change Orders and COVID-19 Delays. They manage multiple construction project schedules by identifying and monitoring progress, ensuring all project schedules are prepared and delivered accurately. Additionally, they prepare executive-level reports and deliverables that reflect risk and project status, providing essential insights to stakeholders and decision-makers. By offering their expertise in schedule management and analysis, MCSS has played a vital role in helping MTA Metro-North Railroad successfully complete various design and construction projects.
