Mr. Ghodasara has more than 36 years of experience in various aspects of
construction and project control with a heavy emphasis on CPM scheduling. He holds
certification as a Scheduling Professional (SP) from the Project Management Institute
(PMI) and Planning and Scheduling Professional (PSP) from AACEi. He is
responsible for all aspects of project control including the development, preparation,
and maintenance of CPM schedules on a wide range of MCSS projects. His
responsibilities have included the development and maintenance of resource loaded
schedules and the review and approval of schedules prepared by contractors. Mr.
Ghodasara has performed time and cost impact analyses, analyzed contractor time
extension requests and delay claims, and participated with project stakeholders in
project risk assessments. He has provided clients with expert witness support in
arbitrations and litigations related to scheduling. In addition, Mr. Ghodasara has
developed work breakdown structures, prepared progress payment estimates,
integrated cost and schedule data, and performed progress measurement and reporting.
He is thoroughly familiar and has hands on experience with Primavera Project Planner
scheduling software as well as with Microsoft Office applications.
