MCSS and SYSTRA JV team are working together to provide Consultant Construction Management support for the Culver (F) Line CBTC System Overlay project. This project involves overseeing the installation, testing, and commissioning of the Auxiliary Wayside Signal (AWS) System, Communication-Based Train Control (CBTC) System, Solid State Interlocking (SSI) System, and other ancillary work such as civil, track, communication/fiber optic, power, and more. MCSS is contributing technical staff responsible for overseeing field installation work, field safety, scheduling support, delay claim analysis, and assisting the MTA Legal Department in delay claim arbitration.
