MCSS provided Project Control Scheduling support to the Department of Program Management (DPM) of the Long Island Rail Road under a General Engineering Consultant Services task order contract.  In these positions, MCSS Project Control Schedulers used their knowledge of the principles of critical path scheduling methodology and of Primavera P6 software to develop, maintain, and update CPM schedules, as directed by the Project Controls Manager or by designated LIRR staff and in concert with Project Team.
