Plan, direct, or coordinate activities in large-scale construction projects, using knowledge in civil engineering; Coordinate and direct projects, making detailed plans to accomplish goals and direct the integration of technical activities; Consult or negotiate with clients to prepare project specifications; Present and explain proposals, reports, and findings to clients; Direct, review, and approve designs and changes; Recruit employees, assign, direct, and evaluate their work, and oversee the development and maintenance of staff competence; Confer with management, clients, and contractors to discuss project specifications and procedures.

Requirements: Master’s Degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Civil Engineering or a closely related field.
