Ms. Bart has over 35 years of experience in project and corporate administration with MCSS. She has been working on eleven continuous On Call projects for project management, project control, and IT support services for the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey since 1988. In addition, for the last twenty years she has been providing management support services in the role of Project Manager for a series of four consecutive IQ Scheduling Support Services contracts with a combined value of over $20M with NYCT. Her duties include managing task orders, candidate searches, contract administration, and invoicing. Working closely with Construction Managers, she has performed comparable duties in the administration of MCSS’s participation on NYCT Superstorm Sandy Resiliency Projects, the Second Avenue Subway Project, MTA’s East Side Access Project, and Metro-North and LIRR scheduling support projects. Most recently Ms. Bart has started performing similar functions on several NYCT CCM Signals and Train Control contracts. In addition to her duties as Project Manager, Ms. Bart manages the Human Resource requirements for MCSS, as well as the MCSS Home Office Staff, Employee Benefits, and Proposal Preparations. She has more than four years of hands on experience in document control in a project administration environment on various design projects. She has used Primavera Expedition to develop, manage and maintain the document control process.
