Mr. Ghodasara holds a position as Director of Marketing with MCSS, Inc. as well as Senior Project Controls Specialist with Port Authority. As Director of Marketing he has gone to various networking events and communicated with multiple firms to acquire present and future business and also helped brand and market the company. He has also lead the Tunnels, Bridges, and Terminals Department in Port Authority and provided assistance in the establishment of the Capital Plan and the active portfolio. Currently, he is leading the EWR Redevelopment Program, EWR Core, and Teterboro facilities. He was the lead on an effort to simplify the distribution of cost category financial reports and spearheaded an effort to create a mentoring program within the Project Management Office. Additionally, he has been in charge of all the schedule templates at PA, as well as the liaison between the PMO and Sustainability offices on all Electrical Vehicle and Energy Efficiency projects at PA. Mr. Ghodasara has been professionally trained by an in-house MCSS trainer in CPM (Critical Path Method) scheduling and is well versed in scheduling tools such as Primavera P6. As an Engineering Intern he applied his coursework to the design of roadways and crosswalks. In this role, he worked with design and inspection teams in the field to report survey points and reviewed as-built surveys with the Project Manager to ensure that they were accurate. He also had the opportunity to plan traffic signal intervals to relieve traffic during the Pope’s visit to Philadelphia. As an Office Engineer, Mr. Ghodasara assisted with the preparation of proposals, supported the verification of company invoices, and reviewed company timekeeping records. Mr. Ghodasara holds a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management from Rowan University.
