The renovations included new architectural finishes, enhanced signage and lighting, modern amenities, as well as improved communications and technology such as cellular connectivity and Wi-Fi. Jacobs Civil was chosen as the CCM Firm for the ESI Program, providing services including construction supervision and inspection, project controls, quality, safety, environmental management, project administration, testing coordination, code compliance, and management of NYCT supplied services. MCSS joined the Jacobs team and assisted them in the areas of construction inspection, project controls, and project administration.
